Privacy Policy

This policy explains how WRTeam Games ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information in the mobile games and apps we publish, and on this website at https://games.wrteam.in. It applies to every title published under the WRTeam Games developer account on Google Play.

We are the data controller for that information. You can reach us at games@wrteam.in.

Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, postal address, phone number or payment card details. What we do collect falls into four groups.

• Device and diagnostic data - device model, operating system version, language and region, app version, and crash and performance reports. Collected automatically while you play.
• Gameplay and app activity - in-game events such as levels started and finished, screens opened, settings changed and purchases made. Used in aggregate to understand how a game is played.
• Identifiers - the Android advertising ID and an app-instance identifier, used to measure ads, cap how often an ad is shown, detect invalid traffic, and keep analytics consistent between sessions.
• Account and support data - if a game offers sign-in, the email address or account identifier supplied by the sign-in provider plus the progress saved against it; and the email address and message you send us when you contact support or use the form on this website.

Games that do not offer sign-in keep your progress on your device only. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we collect it

• To run the game, save progress and restore it across devices.
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and improve performance.
• To understand which features are used, so we know what to build and what to cut.
• To show ads, measure them and prevent ad fraud.
• To answer your support messages.
• To meet legal, tax and app store obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (to provide the game and your account), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and product improvement), consent (personalised advertising and any optional analytics, which you can withdraw at any time), and legal obligation.

Advertising

Our free games show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID and limited device data to select and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, we show a consent prompt before any personalised ad is served and you can choose non-personalised ads instead.

You can also control this outside our games:

• Android: Settings › Google › Ads lets you delete or reset your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalisation.
• Google's own handling of ad data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not run ad networks.

Service providers we share data with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the ad measurement described above.

• Google AdMob - serving and measuring ads. Privacy policy.
• Google Analytics for Firebase - aggregated gameplay and app usage analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics - crash and stability reports.
• Google Play - app distribution, in-app purchases and, where offered, sign-in.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of players and of WRTeam Games.

International transfers

We are based in India and our providers process data on servers in India, the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves your region, the provider relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

• Crash and diagnostic reports - up to 90 days.
• Aggregated analytics events - up to 14 months.
• Account and saved progress - until you ask us to delete it.
• Support emails - up to 24 months after the request is closed.

Records we must keep for tax, accounting or dispute purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.

Deleting your account and your data

You can have your account and the data linked to it erased. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

• Email games@wrteam.in with the subject "Account deletion request".
• Tell us the game name and the email address or player ID you sign in with, so we can find the right account.
• We confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.

What is deleted: your account record, the email address or account identifier linked to it, saved progress and cloud saves, and any support correspondence.
What is kept, and why: purchase and transaction records required by tax and accounting law (retained up to 8 years), and analytics or crash data that has already been aggregated or de-identified and can no longer be tied back to you.

If a game stores progress only on your device, uninstalling the game removes that data. You can also clear it from Settings › Apps › [game] › Storage › Clear data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, port it elsewhere, and withdraw consent. Residents of the EU, UK, California, India and other regions with comparable laws all have routes to these rights.

Email games@wrteam.in and we will respond within 30 days. Exercising a right never means worse service or a worse game. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our games are rated for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email games@wrteam.in and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored with providers that encrypt data at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and material changes will be announced in the app or on this website before they take effect.
