Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and WRTeam Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing or playing any game we publish, or by using this website at https://games.wrteam.in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use our games or this website.

Google Play's own terms also apply to anything you download from the Play Store, and take precedence over these terms where the two conflict on distribution, billing or refunds.

Eligibility

Our games are for a general audience and you must be at least 13 years old - or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, if that is higher - to use them or to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use our games only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for any purchases you make.

Licence

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights we do not expressly grant are reserved.

Our games, artwork, audio, code, names and logos are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Your account

Some games offer an optional account so your progress follows you between devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at games@wrteam.in if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You may delete your account at any time - the steps are in our privacy policy. Deleting an account permanently removes saved progress and any unused virtual items, and neither can be restored afterwards.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, macros, mods, emulated clients or any unauthorised software to gain an advantage.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, copy, resell or redistribute our games, assets or any part of them, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Do not interfere with our servers or with other players' access to a game.
• Do not harass or abuse other players, impersonate anyone, or submit unlawful, hateful or infringing content in names, chat or support messages.
• Do not buy, sell or trade accounts, virtual items or currency outside the game.

If you break these rules we may warn you, remove content, or suspend or terminate your access and your account. Where the breach is not serious and circumstances allow, we will give notice and a chance to put it right.

In-app purchases and virtual items

• Purchases are processed by the app store you bought the game from. We never see or store your card details.
• Virtual currency and items are a limited licence to use them inside that game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable between accounts or games.
• Refunds are handled under the app store's refund policy. We will help with a store refund request where we can, but we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.
• Prices and item availability can change, and we may retire an item or currency with reasonable notice. Balances already bought stay usable for as long as the game runs.
• Consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live are unaffected by this section.

Advertising

Our free games are supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Some games offer a purchase that removes ads; where they do, that is stated in the store listing. What ad SDKs collect and how to control ad personalisation is set out in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the sites they link to.

Availability and changes

Games and features are provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, suspend or retire a game, a feature or a server at any time, including permanently shutting a game down. Where a shutdown would remove access to something you paid for, we will give reasonable advance notice in the app or on this website.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this website before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a game will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that saved progress will never be lost. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of virtual items, or lost profits arising from your use of our games or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 5,000.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a game, or content you submit.

Termination

You may stop using our games at any time by uninstalling them and, if you have an account, deleting it. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we retire the game. The licence, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability and governing law sections survive termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under its mandatory consumer law.

Please email us first at games@wrteam.in - most disputes are settled faster that way than through a court.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us about our games. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
